February in Review:)

Wow, can't believe February came and went!  And it's been a month since I've posted last.  The biggest news to report is Olivia is potty trained!  (Well except at night she still wears a pull-up, but no more diapers, underwear everywhere we go, even at nap time!)  She is such a big girl now!  We did have to go to the specialist for Olivia's rib...she has one rib that sticks out and they say it's really common, called a "bulging rib".  We're getting an ultrasound done in April just to make sure there is nothing else and if that's the case, there is nothing we do about it.

Evan is walking all over the place and into everything, the minute he gets picked up he screams...he loves being on the go:)

Can't believe Aiden will be 5 in a few weeks now!  We are doing a Batman/Superhero party and he can't wait:)  Crazy how much he's grown and how much he's learning in school....not possible that he'll be in kindergarten next year!

The other major thing that happened this month is that Aaron completed his MBA program!  He is officially done with classes and school work...he just has an internship for a week in June with graduation at the end of that week.  Soooo nice to be done with that, a huge relief for him and I'm glad to have my hubby/Daddy back in the evenings and weekends:)  So, Aaron "dropped paper work" is what the say in the Marine Corps for signing all the appropriate paper work to get out of the Marines.  He will officially  be done Sept. 1 but has saved up some leave days to be done working in June.  He is busy looking for jobs and has some job conferences/fairs coming up that we are excited about.  We are ready for the next chapter of our life:)!

Enjoying a little picnic lunch on a sunny day!

Even warm enough to do the water table:)

My little girl:)

Aiden LOVES to do mohawks, so why not do it to brother?!

Little pipe cleaner craft:)

Superhero suckers for Valentine's Day for his classmates:)

Got the idea from pinterest (a little obssessed with that website!)

I took Aiden to the dentist over a year ago and it was a nightmare.  I didn't think he would be so scared as we talked about it and he seemed excited.  But he was petrified and they recommend I take him to a pediatric dentist, they didn't want to scar him for any future dentists, so not much got done.  I was a little fearful of going again if he was going to be like that...so I put it off for awhile.  This time I made sure Daddy could go with us, made it on a Saturday, and found a wonderful pediatric dentist.  He did so good, no tears, and acted like he wanted to go back, so we are hopeful again:)!

My nephew, Ethan, sent us Flat Stanley.  His 2nd grade class is doing this project where they send this paper doll to a "host family" for a week and hope to learn about that state.  So we had fun taking Stanley with us:)  Here he is at school with the kids.

Had to show Stanley the ocean:)

Olivia's motivation for her potty chart=nail polish!!  We are so proud of her!
