Captain Serrano

Yesterday Aaron was officially promoted from Lt. to Capt. in the Marine Corps. We were able to attend the ceremony and I was honored to pin his new rank on! We are so proud of him:)

Both Captains now:) Aaron's CO, Capt. Burch & Capt. Serrano...Aaron is the XO (Executive Officer) of Headquarters Company of SOI West (School of Infantry). (Don't ask me what that is or what he does though!)

Aaron and his friend Nick...Nick was promoted earlier that morning...Aaron and Nick went through OCS, TBS, were stationed at Lejeune at the same time and now are both out here at Pendleton. Way to go guys!

The fam:) Luckily it was a small & quick promotion ceremony so Olivia slept and stayed in her car seat!
